What We Collect
When you use our AI intake assistant, or email us directly, we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), and the information you provide about your business, including the answers you give the AI assistant about how your business operates. We do not collect payment information on this site.
How We Use It
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you have engaged us for. We do not sell your data. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent. We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and we delete it on request.
AI Assistant & Automated Processing
We offer an optional AI assistant (chatbot) to help us understand your business before we speak. Your messages to it, and publicly available information about your business taken from your website, are processed by a third-party AI provider to summarise your needs for our team. A person at Odyssey reviews the result. The AI does not make any decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you. You can skip the assistant and simply email us instead.
Overseas Disclosure
To deliver these services we use trusted third-party providers, some of them located overseas, that may process or store your information outside Australia. Our AI provider processes the business answers you give the assistant and the public content of your website; we do not send it your name, email address, or phone number. Your enquiry and contact details are kept on our records platform. By using the AI assistant, you consent to this processing and to your information being handled outside Australia. These providers are bound by their own privacy terms.
Third Parties
Beyond the providers described under AI Assistant and Overseas Disclosure above, we do not share your information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not sell your data.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not serve ads. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar tools on this site.
